If you have visited California lately, then you might have noticed the yellow billboards of HyperWolf written in bold text. There is very little information on the billboard. Nevertheless, even a Google search would make you realize that there is more to it than there seems to be initially. Read on to know more about this trendsetting cannabis company from California.

Who Are Behind HyperWolf?

It is the creation of Riverside County residents Nick and Jake, who have been friends since their high school days.  As a 17-year-old, Jake used to work over 40 hours for Verizon before he started to attend various courses on cannabis business. This education prepared him enough to start his first cannabis dispensary in the City of Riverside. However, Jake’s father was experiencing serious health concerns back then, so he had to discard his dispensary plans and enter his family’s smoke store business. This move gave him ample experience in doing self-business.

So, when his long-time pal Nick visited the store to show his new cannabis vape business enterprise, Jake was interested. Then, the two friends started to discuss a future together in the cannabis business realm. With focus, the discussions between the two formed the foundation for HyperWolf.

The Early Phases Of HyperWolf

It started in the form of a cannabis delivery service as these young entrepreneurs were aware of that business model best. As he was working at the family store, in the initial phases of HyperWolf, Jake realized that standard customers visited it for blunt wraps, lighters or papers. These are products likely intended to help customers enjoy cannabis. Jake, being a consummate professional in customer service, started to ask customers in what way he could assist in their purchases further. He quickly turned into their cannabis accessory supplier at the shop as well as their cannabis product supplier in the vehicle parking area.

Nick realized that his smoke store was not increasing its group of loyal customers through conventional ways, so he wished to get assistance. Nick and Jake worked to increase it by hundreds, with not just a proof of principle for their growing business but also five workers.

Jake had started his first cannabis dispensary around a Riverside airport base, as it did not require a business license from the city. Jake explained that being courageous enough to start a business there while accepting the risks related to it, means that one was welcome to make the move. Notwithstanding the regulations, closing the business around the airport area down took under six months for Jake’s landlord as he feared that the IRS would seize the property. The closure might have left Jake with no store and savings, but it never made him hopeless.

Thanks to his understanding of customer behavior, and experience in dealing with physical business spaces, Jake was not keen on opening a cannabis dispensary. The costs and risks related to the delivery service were lower, and customers have long have been having a desire for onsite delivery.

Jake does not like visiting shops to purchase clothing, grocery products and so forth, so he wondered why he would visit a dispensary. He explained that onsite delivery allows customers to obtain the same products for better rates privately and efficiently.

Any major flaw regarding delivery often presents itself through the insufficiency of community building and customer service. HyperWolf tackles the latter with rigorous training of employees. Until recently, Nick and Jake trained all representatives for 14 days before allowing them to communicate with HyperWolf customers. These two business people are proud of the fact that their staff is well-educated, authentic and trustworthy. Besides, they would like their team to be noticeable among similar industries. Nick and Jake cultivated a team of leaders with the capability to explain beyond just which are the strongest, coolest or most affordable products.

HyperWolf Community

The whole customer experience may be of the highest level, but the exceptional attributes of HyperWolf go beyond it. The organization is also committed to uplifting its internal team as well as making the life of the broader cannabis community better. It may be an ambition worthy of our admiration, but HyperWolf owners highlighted that supporting others until taking care of oneself is no mean task.

It is difficult for Jake to avoid overthinking and worrying, maybe because he is a Virgo. Nevertheless, he found himself worrying for other people, albeit he no longer needs to bother about himself. Nick and Jake aim to bring real value to people and brands who require it.

HyperWolf has been focusing on socially marginalized and environmentally conscious businesses with women owners. Why? Because HyperWolf finds it a must to provide shelf-space, supplemental exposure and marketing support to those parties who require it. As for Nick and Jake, putting businesses having distinctive brand propositions before their customers, would support the ones behind the brands and would create more thoughtful marijuana consumers.

What Does The Future Look Like For HyperWolf?

A new site, a greater number of billboards, physical spaces, sustainable packaging and county expansion are in store for HyperWolf. Many people have noticed the aforesaid billboards across the state. HyperWolf might elevate a comparable design aesthetic regionally, with designs of local artists. In this regard, HyperWolf will first collaborate with a California business known as Talking Trees, with the street art of well-known artist Bigfoot.

Another version of HyperWolf’s website will come soon, and the site will streamline its delivery process through an ID verification feature and an order tracker. HyperWolf is working with both LIFE and Didier to form a program of wholly sustainable packaging for HyperWolf branded goods.

HyperWolf will next offer its delivery service in the counties of San Diego, San Francisco, and Bakersfield. If HyperWolf establishes itself across the state, then you could look forward to seeing more traditional spaces from the brand. More remarkably, Nick and Jake would think about selling HyperWolf to just Amazon’s founder Jeff Bezos. That means it would not possibly be just another cannabis dispensary in the US.
